Personally I like西部马华, I guess a lot of you know it, they sellwestern China dishes. I particularly like their 羊肉泡馍

Less known butreally great, check out 很久以前. A friend tookme there, it's basically chuan barbecue, but actually one of my favorite 串 place, and believe me I tried a lot. It onlybarely gives me LDZ. Take the 麻辣 chicken skewer(if you like Sichuan pepper) and the lamb skewers, thank me later

If hungry, Origus(好伦哥) buffet. Otherwise, CSC (乡村基), can’t beat thepricing.
Other options:
Houcaller (豪客来), western food, but not really a westernrestaurant in the sense that, say, Grandma’s Kitchen (祖母的厨房) would be
Yoshinoya (吉野家)
Ajisen Ramen (味千拉面)

Technically a lotof the 兰州拉面 restaurants run by Qinghai people all aroundChina could be considered a chain.
沙县小吃 has some good duck legs and hit-or-miss 蒸饺.
70年代餐厅 is pretty good sometimes.
永和大王 used to be OK. Taiwanese tomato beef noodles.I honestly don't eat at most of these places anymore though. 大娘水饺 will do in a pinch only when you're at atrain station basically.
But the ultimateis...SAIZERIYA. 35 RMB bottles of wine and 12 RMB pasta. Poverty dreamin' baby.
Oh, there's agreat Xinjiang chain I will still eat at: 耶里夏利. Prettysure it's only in Shanghai though. But if that counts then...
Taco Bell. DUH.
青海人开的兰州拉面在中国到处都是，应该算是连锁了。
沙县小吃的鸭腿很好吃，还有蒸饺也可以试一下。
70年代餐厅还不错。
永和大王以前挺好的。台湾番茄牛肉面不错。说实话我现在已经不怎么去这些地方吃饭了。大娘水饺，如果你在火车站没啥可吃的，吃这个凑合。
终极最好的就是……萨莉亚。35元一瓶的红酒，12块钱的意大利面，尼玛这就是穷人的天堂。
噢，还有一个我现在还在吃的新疆连锁：耶里夏利。基本只有上海才有店。

Dico's is Chengdubased I believe. When I was travelling in western china they were everywhere(Even in Lhasa and Shigatse), but there aren't as many out east.

The pork eggplantat that "Real Kungfu" restaurant with the fake bruce lee logo wasamazing. I tired to get it every chance I got. Cheap and easy as well.
